About the course

Smoother Days is a self-paced recorded course for caregivers who feel like they're working hard but still ending most days depleted. Rather than framing family friction as a behavior problem, it teaches parents to read daily struggles through the nervous system by making sense of hard mornings, homework battles, and meltdowns through three connected lenses: sensory processing, self-regulation, and executive function.  What makes it different is that here caregivers are encouraged to look at their own nervous system needs first. This simple but crucial shift builds the understanding that makes the ideas stick, and gives caregivers the foundation to support everyone else.

Brittni Winslow MS, OTR/L

Brittni Winslow is a pediatric occupational therapist with over a decade of clinical experience helping children and families navigate sensory processing, self-regulation, and executive function challenges. As the owner and CEO of Emerge Pediatric Therapy and the founder of The Therapeutic Edge Collective, she has spent her career translating complex neuroscience into practical, compassionate support that families can apply in their daily lives. Smoother Days was born from what she kept hearing from families in the clinic and around her community -- that parents understood their child was struggling, but no one had ever helped them understand why, or given them a framework that accounted for the whole family, themselves included.
